Pork and apple burger

method:

  1. Heat up a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray
  2. Start by adding the mince meat to a bowl, finely chop up or grate an apple and add to the mince
  3. Now whisk up an egg and add to the bowl and mix well
  4. With your hands make 2 burgers and add to the hot pan
  5. Season with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink inside
  6. Serve up with the bun and add salad
