Pork and apple burger

method:

  1. Start by adding the pork mince meat to a bowl, finely chop up an apple and add to the mince, along with salt and pepper
  2. Now whisk up an egg and add to the bowl and mix well
  3. With your hands make 4 burgers and add to the hot frying pan with oil
  4. Leave to fry until burgers are no longer pink and then add to your burger buns which are prepped with apple sauce and green salad

Optional:

  • Add cheese on top for extra flavour

  • 250g reduced fat pork mince
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 finely choppped apple
  • 4 seeded wholewheat burger buns
  • Salt and pepper
  • A handful of green salad
  • 1 tbsp apple sauce per burger
