Prawn courgetti

method:

  • Start by peeling or spiralizing your courgettes into long, thin pieces and then set aside
  • Next heat up a saucepan with 1 cal cooking spray and then add in the tbsp of butter, leave the pan for 1 min to heat up and melt the butter
  • Then add in your courgettes and your prawns
  • Mix well on a low heat for 3 -4 mins
  • Finally, season with chilli flakes, parsley and lemon juice and leave to heat for a final 2 mins before serving

  • 2 courgettes (or 100g of ready made courgetti)
  • 150g prawns
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Pinch of parsley
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
