Protein peanut butter and chocolate cups

  • Start by melting your white chocolate over a saucepan of boiling water and stir regularly
  • Next lay out 8 cupcake cases
  • Once your white chocolate has melted, pour a small amount of the mixture into each cupcake case (should be about 1/4 full)
  • Now place them in the fridge for 30 mins to set
  • While your chocolate is setting, add your peanut butter to a bowl and pop it in the microwave for 1 minute to melt, so its a nice runny consistency and then stir in your protein powder and mix well until you have a thicker and stickier consistency
  • Once set, take your cupcake cases out of the fridge and scoop in the peanut butter and then flatten down
  • Finally, pop them back in the fridge to set for a further 30 mins

  • 150g white chocolate
  • 4 large tbsp's of smooth peanut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
