method:

  • Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a thick and sticky mixture
  • Use your hands to roll out 8 cookie shapes, (roll out a golf ball sized ball and then flatten)
  • Prepare a baking tray with grease proof paper and bake for 10 mins
