Sausage casserole

method:

  • Start by frying the heck sausages with 1 cal cooking spray
  • In another saucepan start frying the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, celery and cabbage
  • Add in the dissolved vegetable stock
  • Then add in the kidney beans, tinned tomatoes and paprika
  • Now take the sausages of heat and chop up before mixing into the casserole
  • Leave to cook on a low heat for at least 5 more minutes before serving

  • 200g red kidney beans
  • 200g tinned tomatoes
  • 200g vegetable stock
