method:

  1. Pre heat the oven the 160 degrees
  2. Chop 1 pepper in halve and place on a baking tray
  3. Add the rice to each side so evenly spread
  4. Chop up on the mushrooms and add evenly to both sides
  5. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over both side
  6. Cook in oven for 10 mins
