Sweet chilli salmon

method:

  • Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Season your salmon with 2 tbsp of sweet chilli and salt and pepper, and place in the oven for 20 mins
  • Mean while, heat up a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray and add in your chopped vegetables, and rice
  • Then add in the other 2 tbsp's of sweet chilli and mix well, keeping on a low / medium heat until the salmon is cooked
  • Serve up the contents of the pan onto your plate, then add the cooked salmon fillet, followed by the chilli flakes, sesame seeds and chopped spring onion

  • 1 spring onion
  • 125g brown rice
