Turkey and cranberry burger with parsnip chips

method:

  1. Start by pre-heating your oven to 180 degrees
  2. Chop up your parsnip into chip size and boil for 8 minutes
  3. Once boiled add the parsnip to a baking tray and season with salt and pepper, spray with 1 cal cooking spray, before placing in the oven to roast for 30 mins
  4. Cut your turkey steak in half and and cook on a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray until white
  5. Prepare your burger bun with lettuce and the cranberry sauce
  6. Serve up and enjoy!

  • 1 lettuce leaf
