Vegan burrito

  1. Cut up the tomato, avocado and mushroom and put into a non stick frying pan
  2. Rinse the kidney beans and add them to the frying pan
  3. Cook until warm, approx 10 mins on a low heat
  4. Lay out a wrap and add 1 tbsp of salsa and spread out over the wrap
  5. Put the veg from the frying pan into the wrap and fold up

Serves 1


  • 1 tomato
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • 100g kidney beans
  • 1 wholewheat wrap
