  1. Chop up the tomatos, avocado and pepper
  2. Start by softening your pepper in a frying pan with cooking oil, and after 3 mins add in the chopped tomatos, beans and avocado
  3. Now add in your salsa and stir well on low heat for a further 8 mins and season with salt and pepper
  4. Add your wraps to a microwave to warm for approx 30 seconds
  5. Lay out your wraps and add in the ingredients from the frying pan and fold up ready to serve

  • 1 pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 salad tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons salsa
  • 100g kidney beans
  • 2 wholewheat wraps
