Warm berry crumble

method:

  1. Pre heat the oven 180 degrees
  2. Add the berries to a saucepan, with 1 tbsp honey, the cinnamon, and 20ml of water. Cook on a low heat for 10 mins and stir frequently
  3. Whilst the berries are cooking, mix the oats, almonds, melted butter and 1 tbsp honey together in a mixing bowl
  4. Take 2 oven proof glass ramekin and divide the berries between the 2 pots, top with the oat crumble and then sprinkle with sweetener
  5. Bake the pots for 30 mins until golden
